DIY CHOCKER NECKLACE

CHOCKER NECKLACE.
In case you haven't noticed chockers are back in style in a big way. Chockers sits snugly around your neck rather than resting on your collar bones or cleavage and they are pretty cooooool😎 



Chockers is among the amorphous Trend we've seen and they are from the 90s, manifesting in nearly every material imaginable (I.e ribbon, lace, velvet, leather, metals and bandanas) Now to get on the look,  you can literally make chockers out of anything. Guess what? I did practice a few DIY versions myself, it extremely easy to do. I will take you guys with some tutorials on how to make DIY chockers. Well, the best of this is that you will be needing little or no money for your DIY chockers.
Who is existed? Yay!  I am. 

The Key Ring & Ribbon Chocker
Finally something to do with all those ribbons you have saved from parties.



Supplies
-Any ribbon
-Key ring
-Scissor

Cut a long enough Piece of ribbon (enough for yourself)  put both ends into the key ring (as seen in the picture above)....... wear it on your neck , then tie the ribbon in a cute bow 🎀 at the back of your neck and....... that's that! 
Tip: You can place the ring at the center or at the left or right side.




The Chocker Charm
There are two chocker charm I know of
  1. The Ribbon chocker


 Supplies 
-Any ribbon 
-Any charm of your choice 
-Needle and thread 
-Sccissor 

Cut a long enough Piece of ribbon (enough for yourself) measure to the middle of your chocker, Most charm will have a metal loop at the top and with your  black thread sew your charm to the chocker (as seen in the picture below).......wear it on your neck then tie the ribbon in a cute bow 🎀 at the back of your neck. Yeah, very simple!


Your chocker charm is set and will you give a cool 90's vibes.

2.  The Black Cord Chocker



Supplies
-Black cord
- Any charm of choice 
-Needle & thread  
- One sew pin
-Scissor

Cut a long enough Piece of the black cord (exact measurement of the neck) insert the cord in metal loop at the top of the charm........sew pin at the tip of the opposite direction of the cord......and that's it. 


You just transform a simple black cord with a few tools into a stunning necklace and a cute charm. Winks! 

The Bag-String Chockers


All you need is a gift bag. Remove the handles, tie them together and then tie it around your neck. Easy, quick and simple. 

The Lace Chocker


Supplies
-Lace
-One sew pin
-Needle & thread
-Scissor

 Cut a long enough Piece of lace of choice (exact measurement of the neck) I got this lace from a old dress of mine (a tip of budding DIYers, never throw  anything out, become a DIY hoarder, you never know when things come in handy), but you could buy if necessary. Sew the pin at the tip of the opposite direction of the lace. Yes!  That's it.  




I actually put a pearl charm to mine. wow!  I absolutely love😍 this look. 



The Shoe Lace Chocker 
All you need is a shoe lace. 



Wrap the shoe lace around your neck, make a knot  and ensure to let the tip of the lace to fall off your neck down to your cleavage. yay!  Very easy & Super fast.


This an ideal way to tie your look.
